One genuinely terrible red plastic box, neurally-modeled at four levels of abuse.
It probably uses too much CPU for something that sounds this bad.
That's why we love it.

The actual Nasty Box was built to be terrible, or dare we say, nasty.
Painted red, cartoon-like, and made of plastic with no internal damping. Two amplifiers starved of energy so they distort quickly with a raw, ugly dynamic range. It was designed to fail as an amplifier and as a set of speakers.
It's just a bad little box.
A vintage clock-radio speaker, beaten up until it performs badly. No real highs, no real lows. Just like every other crappy little speaker.
Physically stuffed with sand, plastic shards, glue and dirt. Their way of reproducing high frequencies is completely unpredictable.
Woofer and tweeters were each captured as unique neural models at 4 increasing levels of intensity. Separate amps, separate character, and different dynamics. Blend them together or solo the tweeters. Make it ugly.

Drive the woofer voices harder. Dynamics, tone and saturation all shift as you push.
Four woofer voices, four levels of abuse. 1 is the cleanest. 4 is the nastiest.

Turn on the tweeters. Mix and match tweeter modes and woofer modes.

Isolate the tweeters and hear the tiny trash entirely on its own.

Full-quality nastiness. Flip it off to save CPU and get a more raw, less dynamic sound.

A true wet/dry crossfader plus wet output boost. Parallel filth control.

A tasty clipper/limiter sits on the output. Push levels into it and watch the light flash.
Factory presets plus your own. Saved once, they appear across all your DAWs.
